Episode 1 – Introduction to series – Listen to Recap with Kap reviewing all the highs and low of the epic season!
Episode 2 – Kap kicks off the season with the week 1 Bucs vs. Saints game that proved to be a surprising start for Tom Brady. In week 2, the Panthers take on the Bucs at home and the Bucs bounce back to finish at 1-1 for the season.
Episode 3 – Kap reviews the players that stepped up in week 3 Bucs vs. Broncos in Denver and week 4 Chargers vs. Bucs at home. These were two key wins, and the Bucs seemed to be hitting their stride.
Episode 4 – Kap explains the heartbreaker game in week 5, Bucs vs. Bears in Chicago, that ended in a 1-point loss for the Bucs. Painful to watch for a Bucs fan, there was penalty after penalty after penalty throughout. In week 6 Packers vs. Bucs, this was a battle of the quarterbacks with Tom Brady besting Aaron Rodgers, 38-10.
Episode 5 – Kap is back with the week 7 Bucs vs. Raiders 45-20 game and the week 8 Bucs vs. Giants. Against the Giants, the Bucs proved that they can win an “ugly game,” unlike the game vs. the Bears, also on the road.
Episode 6 – Kap and Bucs fans everywhere were in shock as the Bucs took on the New Orleans Saints at home. Most thought that the Bucs would move to 7-2 in the season after this game. It did not work out that way, with the Bucs suffering a devastating loss 31-3. The next week however, the Bucs pulled out a win 46-23 in their second match up against the Panthers.
Episode 7 Kap discusses two Bucs’ losses at home, both at the same score, 27-24. Bucs lose first against the Rams in primetime, and then against the Chiefs, who come out strong in the 1Q and hold on to the end.
Episode 8 After a bye week, Kap highlights the many leaders on the Bucs team that resulted in two December wins. The Bucs take on the Vikings at Raymond James Stadium and win 26-14 and then head to Atlanta to beat the Falcons 31-27. The day after Christmas, the Bucs crush the Lions in Detroit 47-7. In January, the Bucs defeat the Falcons for a second time, 44-27 in their last regular season game. This time the win was at home in Tampa.
Episode 9 Kap takes you through the first playoff game for the Bucs since 2007. In the NFC Wildcard playoff game, the Bucs defeat the Washington Football team 31-23.
Episode 10 – Kap takes you through the game everyone was waiting for – round 3 vs the New Orleans Saints, this time in the playoffs. The NFC Divisional round matched Brady with Brees and Brady came out on top, 30-20. It would be the last game for Drew Brees. who retired shortly thereafter.
Episode 11 – Kap shares the excitement of all Bucs fans as they faced the Pack at Lambau Field in the NFC Championship. The Bucs were up the entire game and won 31-26, despite the fact that the Packers had been favored by 3 points and had a better record 15-3 vs the Bucs 13-5.
Episode 12 – Kap discusses how the Bucs claimed the greatest treasure in the land – the Lombardi Trophy – against the Kansas City Chiefs. The way that they did it was remarkable as the GOAT Tom Brady decisively defeats the Kid Patrick Mahomes 31-9.
